Statement by The Office of Rabbi Shmuley Boteach

From the Executive Director of Rabbi Shmuley’s Office. 

To All of Our Friends, Fans and Supporters: 

Thank you all very much for sending messages to this office in your tens of thousands asking Rabbi Shmuley to counsel Jon & Kate Gosseling from ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8.‘

Please understand that we’re being overwhelmed with the volume of messages and that this would not be a decision for Rabbi Shmuley to make.  The decision would, first and foremost, be made by Jon & Kate Gosseling and of course of the TLC Network.  Hence, we would greatly appreciate if you directed your messages to them (TLC and Figure 8 Films of North Carolina).  We do appreciate you getting in touch but the volume has been too much for us to handle and the decision lies outside these quarters.

Rabbi Shmuley, who has dedicated his entire life to bringing families together, is always open to assisting families in need but must right now concentrate on his everyday work.  Rabbi Shmuley also looks forward to beginning filming a new show for TLC which focuses on the sexual disfunction of modern marriages and is based on his latest book release, ‘The Kosher Sutra.‘
